Member: 1889 aka Dixon

This is Member #1889 aka Dixon. He is the "brother" or "ward" of Noir (Member #1779), however, 1779 did eventually abandon 1889 not long before he was discovered in the late 1880s, thus his number designation. "Dixon" appears to have suffered some kind of injury to his right arm. He wears a sleeve to hide the severity of the injury, but reports say that he has no feeling in his arm nor is he able to fully utilize it. Member #1889, "Dixon", does not show emotions, however "Noir" has said "Oh, he used to cry, very much so, but I put a stop to that when it became annoying." - Report #569-3
